Yung NoBail born Reginald Dean Minters Jr was born and raised in Compton California. He started writing ryhmes in 1998 when he finally connected with Dangr from Rough Establishment Records. He learned how to write bars,formulate songs and stage performance. NoBail was the hype-man for Dangr and The Long Beach Dub All-Stars (Sublime) at the Cypress Hill Smoke Out in front of 25,000 people in '98. H
